Seasoned Change Management professional with 25+ years of broad experience in predominantly technical environments with a specialization in Operational Excellence. At the end of the day, it is ‘the people’ that determine the success of the change since they need to embrace and ‘live’ it.
I live and breathe Change Management and Operational Excellence and take ownership to drive and execute Change relative to business objectives by using proven methods and tools, one of them being people management. I am a people manager ‘by default’ and that is also my strength to get things done. Next to coaching people, I value their continued development. I master LSS – Lean Six Sigma tools – as well as various project management methodologies, ranging from management to shop floor. Key in establishing change is developing rhythm and cadence during which people adopt new ways of working and behaviors. Facilitated more than 100 workshops on behavioral change and leadership.
