Heading a team of 7 professionals in Financial & Economic Crime Business Analysis & Risk Mitigation. Key activities are: analysis on portfolio-, sector- and country level, managing the (FEC) sector- and country risk frameworks, advising and informing business to come to optimal risk-based solutions. Over the year, I’ve led the team through a transformation towards a clear focus on the country- and sector frameworks, in which we set up a full governance structure, enhanced our methodology and established a new way of working. Key goals in this were to establish a “knowledge-driven, risk-based contribution to a smooth customer journey” by ensuring balanced and proportional decision making.

Training and on the principles of Food&Agri Banking with a group of 20 ETI #Ecobank Affiliate professionals in #Zimbabwe. Great interaction, impressive know-how already present in the group.
