Along the way, I’ve: • Spent six years at Roland Berger, advising senior leadership on growth strategy, performance improvement, commercial due diligence, and post-merger integration with projects in retail, mobility, financial services, chemicals, and rail and transport infrastructure • As an independent strategy consultant, led work on strategy development, governance redesign, transformation execution, and investment support for companies in e-commerce, transportation, fashion retail, childcare, and industrial energy tech • Co-founded and continue to run Sweet Spot Abroad, a service business offering immersive development experiences that help companies attract, retain, and grow top talent I care deeply about value creation and take pride in helping businesses focus on what matters, align teams around clear goals, and turn strategy into action.
At Sweet Spot, we partner with companies to become attractive workplaces for new and existing talent while increasing the performance and well-being of their employees. Through our Remote Development Experiences, we offer an innovative way of learning that places professional and personal growth at the center. Our program provides employees the opportunity to develop themselves through participating in training sessions and workshops alongside our community of other professionals for at least 1 month, while working remotely abroad.
