Hi there! Nice to e-meet you! :) I'm Joost, an enthusiastic young professional working at the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. In my work as a policy officer, I focus on environmental sustainability, including topics such as circular economy, climate mitigation and adaptation, as well as smart and sustainable mobility. By working on these topics, I can apply my passion for environmental sustainability in practice, working in close cooperation with amazing colleagues to strive towards a more sustainable, inclusive, and peaceful world. I'm happy to combine my background in international relations, environmental and development studies in my work at the Directorate of International Affairs, and thereby contribute to addressing issues such as climate change and environmental degradation. If you'd like to know more about me, what I do, or the topics I'm working on, please connect! Looking forward to meeting you! :)
