CFO of Dutch-based Action, the fastest growing non-food discounter in Europe. I joined Action in 2018 as CFO. Action is a healthy, financially strong non-food discounter, selling good quality at the lowest price. Two thirds of our sold products are priced below €2. In 2025, our net sales grew 16% to €16 billion, we have added 384 stores ending with 3,302 stores in 14 countries. In this way, we are also able to invest in our employees and their careers, in our systems and in new and increasingly sustainable products. We believe in making things clear and simple. Our customer is always at the heart of everything Action does. Action has a simple business model that works – for our customers, our employees and all other stakeholders.
