As one of two senior language leads for Dutch, I help maintain the quality and consistency of products and content. I coordinate with localization teams, reviewers, and vendors to support the review process, align standards, and address language issues as they arise. In this role, I contribute to ensuring that content in Dutch is clear, accurate, and natural.
As a Review Coordinator, I work with senior reviewers, language leads, and communication/localization managers to oversee and support localization work for a major big tech company. My primary responsibility is to ensure all stakeholders stay aligned so that client quality and performance expectations are consistently met. My daily tasks include auditing delivered work, answering queries, identifying patterns in quality issues and proposing solutions, resolving disagreements, and maintaining style guides and reference materials. I also support coaching and onboarding, conduct KPI analysis, and coordinate and partake in the alignment meetings with reviewers, translation vendors, and the client.
