I am currently Senior Cabin Crew at Emirates Airline based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with previous experience in retail merchandising, project coordination and customer service. I am fluent in Korean and English and I adapt quickly to new environments and circumstances as it has been more than 10 years that I am living abroad. I enjoy being surrounded by people from various cultures and walks of life as that is something that I have experienced on daily basis while working as a cabin crew. Duties: • Conduct all pre-flight and post-flight duties on-board as per the airline’s policy. • Coordinate the tasks on board with the fellow crew and ensure that everybody works as a team. • Utilize exceptional communication and cultural awareness skills to trouble-shoot any issues or concerns that the passengers or fellow colleagues might have during the flight.

Duties: • Coordinate order requests and status updates between the HQ based in Seoul, Korea and the manufacturing facilities based abroad. • Update the international clients on their order status and address any issues or special requirements that they might have. • Act as a go to point for all international stakeholders due to my proficiency in English and Korean.
