These moments remind me that the best solutions often come from unexpected places, a lesson that's shaped how I build and scale products. My engineering roots run deep—you'll find me building full-stack AI apps in Cursor one day, crafting user flows in Figma the next, and always thinking about the narrative that ties it all together. I jumped into machine learning years ago, but what excites me now is how AI can reshape products in ways we barely imagined. I spend my days knee-deep in the latest tech, separating hype from reality, and helping founders build products that actually solve real problems. This sweet spot – where cutting-edge tech meets genuine human needs – is where I thrive. I've worn every hat in the startup world: founded companies from the ground up, guided early-stage teams to product-market fit, and helped a seven-year-old startup find that elusive profitability through a pivot and new product suite. Each role added new perspective, but more importantly, sharpened my instinct for what makes products stick. At Hopin, I led a 100-person product team through intense growth to a $7B valuation, nearly doubling our user retention along the way. We moved fast, flew too close to the sun, but learned invaluable lessons about what breaks (and what holds) when scaling at light speed.
