Scaling RevOps with applied AI in PE & VC-backed growth | Sales Enablement Excellence Award 2026

Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain

About

I build and scale the operating systems that turn GTM intent into revenue - for PE and VC-backed companies moving from $1M to $150M+ ARR. Over the last decade I've built RevOps functions from scratch, scaled commercial infrastructure across global teams of 5 to 500, and owned the layer that makes revenue execution work: CRM governance, compensation, prioritisation, enablement, and commercial decision-making. I've also carried a quota in virtually every sales role - SDR, Enterprise AE, Sales Director - so I build for how commercial teams actually sell, not how ops imagines they do. What I'm focused on now is the next layer of leverage - applying AI pragmatically across global GTM operations to accelerate decision-making, reduce manual effort, and lift execution quality. Not as a science experiment or a standalone initiative, but embedded into how commercial teams work day to day. At Thunes this has meant delivering a global AI-enabled enablement system that scaled active users 3x in under ten months and doubled knowledge-search usage, alongside AI use cases that surface tailored performance insights straight from the CRM into commercial workflows. A snapshot of what I've done: → Built and scaled $1M - $150M+ in ARR → Supported GTM teams of 5 - 150 members across companies of 30 - 500 employees → Built RevOps teams locally and offshore, in office and remote → Partnered with multiple VC and PE firms through growth and fundraising → Endorsed by every CRO I've had the pleasure to work with The thesis behind how I work: RevOps is the operating layer that lets GTM teams move from intent to execution - creating clarity, cadence, and decision quality across the revenue lifecycle. As GTM motions get more complex, leverage shifts toward activation, which is what's driven the rise of GTM Ops and adjacent roles. AI is the next layer on top - but it amplifies the discipline rather than replacing it. It becomes true leverage only when the operating foundations are sound. If that's the kind of engine you're building, I'm always happy to compare notes.
