Manage and develop the contract hire and leasing strategy for Volvo through the management of the Regional Leasing Managers. Also manage the residual values and total cost of ownership for Volvo from new vehicle launches and in-life maintenance.
Manage the relationship between the Leasing companies and Volvo. Working with the Leasing companies based in the south (below Birmingham) including LeasePlan, Arval, ALD, Alphabet. Ensuring they fully understand the Volvo brand and its plans. Working with sales functions, risk and residual value teams, SMR teams and senior management.
Manage the OEM team and the sales and relationship between Glass's and all the Car, Light Commercial Vehicle, Motorcycle and Heavy Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers and Importers across the UK as well as important Global Manufacturers for the EurotaxGlass's Group. Build new relationships, maintain and develop existing relationships and consult with all departments at Manufacturer HQ's (Remarketing, Fleet, Product, Marketing, Dealer Development, Finance). Investigate new business opportunities as well as ensure the products and services Glass's produce are understood and utilised by the Manufacturers.
