Currently working as Senior Talent Manager at BRAHMA AI, an enterprise AI content platform spun out of the DNEG Group, combining Hollywood-grade creative technology with cutting-edge generative AI to transform how organisations create, manage and scale video, audio and digital content. I lead hiring across Europe spanning VFX, Machine Learning, Engineering, Audio and all departments across the business, partnering closely with leadership to build out teams as BRAHMA continues to scale rapidly. Alongside day-to-day recruitment, I focus heavily on hiring strategy - shaping how we attract, assess and onboard talent across a fast-growing, multidisciplinary business - as well as improving and streamlining recruitment workflows and processes to support that growth. We are looking for great new people to come and join our European team. With a background in advertising and creative copywriting, I then ventured into the world of recruitment, where I have been since 2015. Starting out in creative recruitment, focussing on Design, Motion Graphics and Copywriting, I then joined DNEG recruiting VFX & Animation crew for high end film and TV projects, before moving into the AI space at BRAHMA AI, where I now lead talent acquisition and hiring strategy across the business.
