Urdd Gobaith Cymru is a national organisation that provides services for children and young people via the Welsh language. My role is to oversee the Urdd's digital presence, provide guidance and training, and consistently create engaging content across our social media and online platforms. In other words, I have turned writing bilingual tweets in 280 characters or less into a competitive sport.
I joined Boom Cymru in 2020 as a content creator for their video game YouTube channel, Gemau Gamma. I largely created Welsh-language lets plays of classic games along with short-form news updates from the gaming world.
