I started in real estate as an ISA cold-calling motivated sellers. Ten years later, I was running a 62-person virtual team across the Philippines, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and India as Director of Operations for a Texas-based real estate investor. That gap taught me how to build the infrastructure that lets a lean team operate at scale and it's the same skill set I now bring to Oficio Group. Today I'm part of the operations and marketing team at Oficio Group, a minority woman-owned executive recruitment and contract staffing firm built for the world's most demanding industrial sectors - specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, energy, aerospace & defense, biotechnology, and advanced manufacturing. I work directly with the Managing Partners to keep the firm's recruitment and staffing pipeline moving: building targeted outreach campaigns, managing CRM and sequence infrastructure, producing candidate and client-facing content, and handling the operational details that let a boutique, relationship-driven firm compete for the same searches as much larger competitors. What I bring to that work: ▪ Campaign and pipeline management (Apollo CRM, sequence design, trigger-based prospecting) ▪ Recruitment marketing content - outreach copy, capability statements, candidate messaging ▪ Operations infrastructure, the same systems discipline I used managing a 62-person team now applied to keeping a growing search and staffing practice organized and scalable ▪ Cross-functional coordination between founders, candidates, and clients Before Oficio, I spent a decade in real estate operations: building acquisition and disposition pipelines, running ISA and lead-gen teams, managing CRM and automation builds (GHL, Podio, Zapier), and standing up a skip tracing and property data operation from scratch. I've recruited, onboarded, and managed teams across time zones and cultures. I know what it takes to build a function from zero because I've done it more than once. If you're looking for someone who pairs marketing execution with real operational rigor, let's connect.
I sit on Oficio Group's operations and marketing team, supporting Managing Partner Ginny Trombetti and Co-Founder Peter Trombetti as they grow the firm's executive search and contract staffing practice across specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, energy, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing. My focus: ▪ Building and managing outbound recruitment and business development campaigns (trigger-based prospecting, CRM and sequence management in Apollo) ▪ Writing recruitment marketing content - outreach copy, capability statements, and candidate/client-facing materials ▪ Running the day-to-day operational infrastructure that keeps a boutique, relationship-driven firm moving as fast as much larger competitors ▪ Acting as the execution layer between the founders' direction and finished, on-brand output
Led operational strategy and execution across teams, aligning KPIs, workflows, and financial planning to improve efficiency and profitability. ▪ Developed and implemented operational strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned to business objectives ▪ Built KPI visibility through regular operational reporting and performance analysis ▪ Supported financial planning and budgeting; improved operational decision-making with cleaner data ▪ Identified process bottlenecks and implemented technology improvements (automation + workflow systems) ▪ Managed operational risk and compliance through standardized documentation and controls ▪ Strengthened stakeholder relationships and cross-functional alignment to improve execution speed
▪ Managed high-volume email and calendar workflows; ensured deadlines and client communications stayed on track ▪ Built and maintained buyer’s agent database; supported marketing materials and reporting ▪ Coordinated transaction admin: listings updates, showings, files, and short sale process support ▪ Produced reports and maintained organized records to reduce operational friction for agents
▪ Handled escalations and coached new agents through ramp and endorsement processes ▪ Provided floor support and quality guidance to improve consistency and customer outcomes ▪ Managed files and supported team performance through real-time issue resolution
