Roles/Responsibilities assigned: 1. Producer/Co-Producer I work closely with my senior producer to meet the creatives, directors and client's requirements for the commercials or films that we produce. My responsibilities include planning and scheduling the production timeline, managing the working budget that was allocated, overseeing the overall office schedule to manage traffic, tasks, and overall manpower. During pre-production, I also identify and coordinate with production crews and external vendors within the industry, ultimately bringing them on board for the project. Coordinating with both above-the-line and below-the-line crews, ensuring effective collaboration and seamless integration during the production process. Additionally, I communicate with the clients & manage their requests directly as well as oversee post-production work as well. 2. Production Manager I hold the responsibility for overseeing the key production organization for the entire project. This includes managing logistical aspects, coordinating with the crew, handling talent and location releases, obtaining permits and more... This ensures that the best arrangements are made to ensure a comfortable and efficient shoot. 3. Basic Social Media Management - I am in charge of coming up with basic & simple ideas for our social media content. Additionally, I manage the timeline for our social media postings to ensure the company maintains a consistent online presence. 4. Managing & Training Interns - In charge of sourcing interns based on their specific university semesters. I am also responsible for mentoring and offering guidance to the interns both on-set and in the office, while also assessing and evaluating their performance during the internship.
