An assiduous learner with a solid liberal arts background, strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving ability, and detailed analytical skills. I passed all 4 CPA exams and served in the public accounting space. After a couple of years in the corporate world, I realized that my passion and vocation is in education, specifically the liberal arts. I look to leverage my work experience and my humanities background to prepare students for success at the college level and in life. I currently teach history but have experience in various other humanities fields. The best part of about teaching is I am still an avid learner. My research interests include political and cultural history, student success, the practical values of the liberal arts, and the best ways to make my wife laugh.
