Leading ICON Park's specialty leasing program across 45+ kiosk and cart locations, managing 30+ vendor and licensee relationships. Expanded the program's scope by beginning to lease in-line retail spaces, and currently leading the design and development of new retail cart concepts to elevate merchandising and per-location sales across the portfolio.
Appointed acting director upon my supervisor's departure. Negotiated and onboarded a new valet parking operator, brought on a new cleaning company, managed all HVAC and building maintenance programs, and continued carrying the full specialty leasing portfolio without interruption.
My duties as a Student Manager were to get the field set up and get any necessary equipment on the field needed for practice. During practice, I would assist with hitting and infield drills while being in charge of Hitters Rapsodo during batting practice and or scrimmages. I expanded my knowledge on drills, mechanics, mental game of hitting, a hitters approach, and hitting situational awareness. I would on occasion swing a fungo when needed. I quickly became a leader in the Scouting Department and oversaw the creation of dugout sheets, pitcher tendencies charts, and pitcher overlays for pitch tipping. Mainly using Synergy to accomplish this. I was a part of UCF Baseball's 2020 AAC Tournament Runner-Up team.
Involved with camp drills setup, recording prospect stats on drills, fill out data base with all prospect stats, supervise drill stations and assist with camp cleanup.
Worked with children aged 4-13. Work included leading offensive and defensive drills, umpiring scrimmage games, supervise, and be in charge of a group of kids safety.
My duties as scorekeeper for Perfect Game were to memorize tournament rules, keep score of games on score apps like Game Changer or Iscore, and inputting player statistics.
