Communications: Responsible for communications to the retail network originating from the executive office. Collaborating with our Retail Advisory Board to determine and prioritize the concerns of the network with Volvo's executive team. Performance: Management of the retail margin and bonus program and approval of the allocation of funds on a monthly basis. Implementation of various incentive and Volvo Excellence award programs. Development of retailer facing dashboards.
Responsible for the management of budgets & forecasts. Identifying areas of opportunities for revenue growth or expense reduction in order to fulfill our full year plan. Key business partners include: New Car Pricing & Incentives, Customer Service / Aftersales, Retail Network Development
Sales Analytics Focusing on New York Life Mutual Fund and ETF products sold through wholesalers. Tracking of sales and assets through various channels and aligning them to our sales territory structure. Developing performance trends vs. goal as well as market share insight. Determining strategic areas of opportunity to cross sell by leveraging historical trends in asset flows.
Analyzing insurance policies placed through Willis for trends in aggregate data. Provide consultancy services to specific insurance carriers on deficiencies during the insurance placement process with respect to new and renewal business. Track and calculate commission uplift amounts on insurance business placed through specific insurance programs. Compare and forecast revenue against their targets by region and line of business.
Financial Analyst for the NY Metro retail business with a focus on Sales Forecasting. Adjusting monthly sales forecasts based on in depth discussion on the month's new business prospects & renewal business on an account level. Monthly revenue analysis comparing revenue versus prior year sales. Calculate year over year growth in revenue for specific teams and industry groups to determine eligibility for annual bonus compensation. Establish budget targets for specific teams and industry groups on an account level. Sales Prospect Pipeline Reporting: Forecast pitting an office's prospect pipeline against their annual sales goal to predict if they are on target to meet their plan on a weekly basis Salary Forecast for North American Business Unit: Weekly calculation of fluctuating salary & benefits expenses measured against our S&B forecast and outlook for the year
