Recruited as the company’s first CFO by CEO and private equity sponsor to serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board to shape the direction of the company and to drive value creation. Implemented FP&A process, procedures, and infrastructure to enable scale and support growth (organic and inorganic): • Built FP&A capabilities, providing key decision support for CEO & Executive Team identifying economic levers and key metrics of the business to drive operational decision making. • Created and led detailed ongoing annual budget processes for subscription and services (RCM) businesses, corporate leverage model, including rolling periodic short- and long-term forecasts and projections to track progress towards goals . • Recruited, developed, and maintained a streamlined, efficient and highly productive finance and accounting team. • Managed the financial integration of ten acquisitions.
