I have been performing Microsoft-based infrastructure consultancy for the last 25 years. I am a former Microsoft MCS Consultant and have performed consultancy work for numerous top firms, institutions and banks. I am also the creator of the AutoIt scripting language which is widely used for automation in deployment projects and general IT administration in companies around the world. Supported NatWest with design and implementation of new Microsoft technologies for branch retail and ATM platforms. Creation of highly secure SCCM OSD builds for ATMs and ensuring compliance with PCI DSS requirements. Created C# .NET applications to automate SCCM operations such as application deployment, device record and collection management for mass rollout.
Design and implementation of a Windows 10 pilot. Created multi-language Windows 10 Current Branch build to be deployed via SCCM OSD. Advice and guidance on the Windows as a Service (Waas) model. Developed processes for patching and in-place upgrades for Windows 10 and Office 365 client.
Microsoft Intune and Azure AD for a large pilot deployment. Running workshops with key stakeholders to explore requirements. Creation of Windows 10 builds. Configuration of Azure AD and Intune policies. Creation of detailed design and implementation documentation.
Workshops and technical pilot to explore multiple technologies, including: Windows and Office deployment using SCCM, Group Policy configuration, BitLocker, Microsoft User Experience Virtualization (UE-V), SCCM Application Catalog and Company Portal. Also required to implement CESG security configurations.
