I'm a seasoned operations leader blending motorsport logistics, automotive engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management. I've coordinated GT3 racing teams across global events, optimized processes for OEM automotive production in Vietnam, and managed engineering projects at Tesla Energy. I strive towards excellence, and recognize the importance of teamwork and leadership to take a project through design, manufacturing, evaluation, and final execution. • Supported GT3 Racing Team with Logistics, Financial, Operational, On-Site Support, managing crews of up to 30+ in GT World Challenge Asia, IGTC rounds (Bathurst, Indianapolis, Suzuka), FIA GT World Cup (Macau), Asian Le Mans Series. • Stepped in as Acting Team Manager during medical emergency at Beijing GTWC Asia, leading full operations for 2 cars, 20+ crew and securing double win through decisive strategy and stakeholder coordination. • Direct team point of contact for SRO/FIA Organizers during events. • Partnered with off-site Team Manager and Head of Operations across NA, HK and AU time zones to shape Asia-Pacific event execution, accounting for servicing challenges mid-season to maintain competitiveness

• Managed the design and production of a racecar to compete annually at Michigan International Speedway while maintaining a productive work environment • Grew engineering roster from 10 members to 30+ full time members • Revived and set up communication channels between team and University to streamline communication and resource sharing to improve technical level of development
