• Developed, deployed, and maintained manufacturing test scripts for system testing across all server platforms, including products from HPE, SMC, Dell, Sanmina, and joint designed solutions with AIC for Vast Data. • Led collaboration with global contract manufacturers (Avnet, Arrow, AIC, and Shyft) to ensure efficient and on-time new product introductions (NPI). • Maintained and supported test infrastructure across four global manufacturing sites, achieving 100% uptime and ensuring smooth production operations. • Defined test requirements and plans in partnership with Avnet; managed test script development to meet product launch timelines and quality standards. • Developed and maintained RMA test scripts to support return material authorization (RMA) and field return processes.
• Owner of the RMA test process, build complete test suite to test all switches to help redeploy failed Data Center switches. • Review and develop sanitization document to ensure there is no sensitive data remain in the switch after running through the test process. • Implement soft wipe test process that enables the data sensitive components to be reused which generates millions of dollars of savings on material for AWS. • Build in-house DVT from scratch. Implement Continuous Component Firmware Validation for system CPLDs.
• Focus on test strategy and drive test improvement by implement common code framework and promote writing modular/reusable code. • Analyze test code to reduce test time and capacity requirements. • Work cross functionally with hardware engineering team to diagnose issues and brainstorm possible solutions. • Act as team lead to help provide guidance to other team member from technical and process knowledge standpoint. • Re-architect mfg test infrastructure using Nutanix's own software to help reduce the cost, better manage testing VMs, and access to in-house tech support with any issues. Redesign the network architecture with simplified switch configuration to help enforce consistency and maintainability across all testing infrastructures. Lead and provide guidance to the team on implementation. • Created and act as project lead for VM Dashboard which displays live testing status at different CM sites simultaneously in one dashboard. The project is developed using reactjs for the front end with python flask for the back end and mysql database. • Act as NPI lead to work with Hardware and Product Engineering team to define and bring up new products to market. • Design ETE (end to end) test solution to standardize test process for all the contract manufacturing sites. • Deploy and maintain test rack using Nutanix AHV/AOS solution for VM deployment, include configuring virtual switches and VMs to the factory’s testing environment. • Maintain and manage current mfg test infrastructure using VMWare ESXi and VSphere Client. • Develop and maintain automated script to test Nutanix server products using Python and Visual Studio. • Use TestStand as test sequencer to develop and administer automated tests.

The Responsibilities includes setup and maintain test infrastructure at CM sites, implement engineering ECOs and deviations, improve test yield, optimize test time. • Setup Hadoop cluster using Cisco UCS servers and switches to perform big data analysis for project FIT. • Act as team lead to oversee and cordinate the development of Factory VS Field Return Correlation tool to create and related factory failures with field return failures to improve the quality of Cisco products. The project is written in jQuery/PHP as web front end and SQL as database back end. • Develop and maintain Autotest Monitor System in asp.net C# with AJAX implementation for monitoring test status of the products. The website works together with Autotest (a Cisco internal language) and MS SQL server 2005 to provide the live up-to-date status of the tests that are running on the equipment. It offers the users an overview of all the equipment that are been tested and the ability to view the detail of each test. It is the first live monitor of the test status.
