I am a professional Musician: Jazz Saxophonist, and the leader of several Jazz and Blues Duos & Trios based in Thousand Oaks, CA. My professional background includes: Accounting, Strategic Finance, Communications, Process Improvement and Mergers and Acquisitions. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting Theory & Practice from California State University; Northridge. My Musical training began in Boston, including formal study at the New England Conservatory of Music. I have performed and recorded for several years. My groups often complement Private Events. In California, I've developed a client base of luxury real estate agents from Santa Barbara to San Diego. We provide background Jazz ambiance to complement select events and private affairs (Broker Previews, Open Houses, Cocktail Parties, Twilight Affairs, etc.). While the concept is quite different, southern California affords the ideal climate, economy and culture for performing live Music at exclusive settings. Every real estate agent's style and sense of business acumen is unique. For softer settings a Duo of Saxophone and Upright Bass is ideal. Our repertoire includes Jazz Standards, Latin, Bossa Nova, Classic Rock, R&B, Soul, Pop, etc. My Accounting/Finance background is key in running my Business, networking, prioritizing, and planning Events.
