Graduate Student Researcher at Harvard Medical School, Mass General Hospital and Scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation, the Emeralds-Future-Program of the Boston-Consulting-Group (BCG) and of the Verkehrsgesellschaft Worms-Wonnegau. Conducting a research stay at the Harvard Medical School’s Center for Transplantation Sciences, under the leadership of Principal Investigator Dr. Richard Pierson, PhD, MD David Cooper, PhD MD Tatsuo Kawai, and MD David Sachs. The center is a world-renowned institution known for its groundbreaking work in xenotransplantation and immunology. In 2024, the team successfully performed the first transplantation of a pig kidney into a human. Dr. David Sachs is widely recognized as the discoverer of the MHC-II molecule.
