I am an aspiring health care professional from Athens, GA who is currently studying Biomedical Physiology at the University of Georgia. I am a fan of team sports and love the camaraderie that accompanies working together as a group to achieve a common goal. I’m interested in the evolving landscape of health care delivery and am fascinated by team-based, integrated approaches for optimizing patient outcomes. Engaging in undergraduate research has exposed me to the meticulous nature of the scientific process and has cemented my appreciation for innovation as a means for addressing the problems in health care and beyond. My hobbies include distance running, soccer (as well as watching European football), ping pong, and other outdoor recreation.
