I am an experienced leader in R&D executive management from corporate to start-up environments as well as Tech and industry markets. In the last 20 years I developed my skills to build and develop a team with a people, customer and business centric approach. Having grown as R&D Manager and Swiss management board member at Serge Ferrari, worldwide leader in flexible composites for over 14 years. I am deeply enthusiastic and experimented with polymers, chemistry, formulation, and flexible composite materials. My expertise includes coating, mixing, laminating, and a variety of industrial processes, along with technologies and applications related to adhesives, and flexible composites. From 2021 to 2024 I was responsible for the E-component at Nanoleq from the start-up Investment Series A to an exit stage with Myant. During this period, I envisioned and finalized the scaling up of all the production facilities including the lead of a production and R&D team. I also lead the activities as a business unit and took over commercial responsibilities, including key accounts and business development, to help the company's growth. As Entrepreneur I like challenges and to find innovative solutions with my team. I see the big picture, connect the dots, and I know how to build an efficient team and organization to reach the objective. My experience extends across the construction and industrial sectors, encompassing diverse markets such as solar protection, furniture, marine, transport, electronic and medical applications. Nanoleq develops and produces stretchable electronics for monitoring (ECG, EMG, …) and Electrostimulation (TENS, EMS,…). The E-component products are sensors used in smart-textiles, garment, and wearable systems for medical, workwear, sport, transport, VR, and defense applications. As Head of E-Component, I set up a new team to finalize product development, including research projects applied to materials, formulation, and flexible composites. I envisioned and finalized the scaling up of all the production facilities with a production team. The company Serge Ferrari Group is the worldwide leader in flexible composite coated material. Main markets are linked to the building and industrial sectors - solar protection, architecture, modular structures, furniture/marine - high-end solutions combine durability, safety, design, comfort and eco-responsibility. As R&D Group Development manager, I lead with my team the product development project for all production facilities in coordination with Sales and marketing department including Board members. In this role I worked closely with other R&D groups for material, process, and innovation.
