I am an analytical business professional that studied at Westfield State University, where I graduated with two degrees; a Bachelor of Science in business management and a Bachelor of Art in economics with a concentration in finance. On a daily basis I learnt about the different technical and interpersonal skills I needed to become a successful business professional. Having studied business and economics for four years, I can confidently say that I put my knowledge to the test when recovering the River Run Inn Resort in Winthrop, WA and saving the business from bankruptcy. When it comes to management, I believe teamwork, communication and cooperation are the most important elements in establishing a safe and healthy workplace environment where employees can cultivate personal growth and development. I have even taken a course in Nonviolent Communication as a means to peacefully resolve any potential conflicts while maintaining clear, judgement-free communication at all times. I take pride in analyzing problematic situations, whether amongst my staff or our customers, and providing amicable solutions for the sake of maintaining a peaceful work environment and professional service for the business. It is safe to say that my passion for working is my strongest attribute. I work well with others, demonstrating leadership skills and practicing professional business ethics. Aside from my education, I am an "outdoors fanatic" and I love hiking alongside playing any and every sport. My favorite thing to do when I have free time is heading out to the mountains to do some hiking or mountaineering. However, that isn't always an option so if I don't have the ability to hike then you can catch me outside either playing sports, especially golf or soccer, or enjoying the beautiful weather. Alongside sports I have also have a burning passion for music considering it has been a big part of my life. From performing in a drumline to playing in a jazz band to making my own music, it is safe to say that I absolutely love music. In general I am very outgoing, athletic, motivated, business-oriented, I get along with anyone and everyone, and I am a very hard worker who consistently puts maximum effort into everything I do.
