At Ogilvy and Hogarth, I ran regional operations spanning North America & APAC, and later led APAC for marketing & creative content production consultancy Advertising Production Resources (APR), building trusted advisory relationships with clients including Google, IBM, Ford, and ExxonMobil. My focus is the intersection of operational discipline and commercial outcomes: procurement strategy, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, organisational restructuring, and multi-market execution. At Ogilvy RedWorks Macao, I designed and launched an embedded service model for Sands China Ltd. that's still in operation today, producing 850+ assets monthly.
