As a golf instructor, I had the opportunity to work with juniors over the summer, helping them to develop their golf skills and passion for the game. I was responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans and training programs, providing one-on-one instruction and coaching on all aspects of the game. I oversaw a team of counselors who also aided in the instruction of the young golfers, which honed my management skills. I also was responsible for communicating effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and any areas of improvement. I have a passion for golf and it was a privilege to be part of the development of these young golfers.
Working at Whitevale Golf Club, I played a key role in ensuring that the club's members and guests had a positive and enjoyable experience. I was responsible for the maintenance and distribution of members' clubs and coordinating with other members of the operations team to ensure that all goals were met for the 2021 golf season. Here I worked to develop my strong customer service and interpersonal skills, which helped me connect with members and guests to provide the best possible experience to the club's members.
I worked to gather data on sports clubs and their executives through various sources, including social media, league records, and club websites. I also oversaw the collection of client data, and the data collected from surveys conducted by Molliteum and completed by clients. I was responsible for organizing the data and presenting it to company executives so that it could be effectively utilized to drive business results. Working at Molliteum provided an environment where I could develop my interpersonal and research skills along with strengthening my management and organizational abilities. I am very grateful to have contributed to the success of such a great organization.
