Hello! I am an undergraduate student at Indiana University Bloomington currently pursuing a degree in Finance. I have hands-on experience in scientific research that has helped me form my passion for helping people. Some of this experience is writing a research paper, formulating data, and creating presentations. I am passionate about leveraging my purposeful drive and my dynamic points of view to create and propose business solutions. My goal is to combine my worldly attitude and my inspiring personality I have developed as a student-athlete playing rugby to bring value as hopefully a leader on the team and a team-player. I pride myself on being a purposeful, and inspiring person, and teammate to become a team-player in competitive environments.
- Worked as a counselor for kids 10 and under at a sports camp over spring break - Learned how to be an educator of the people in the next generation - Allowed me to demonstrate my dynamic view of the world, my worldly approach to solving problems, and be purposeful with all of the kids to make them enjoy their experience at the camp
- Became a certified soccer referee in my county for those 18 and under - Learned patience with and how to deal with angry parents - Allowed me to inspire others and be inspired by older referees to continue the job, be purposeful when educating other children and referees about the sport, and finally be dynamic on and off the field with educating and being active
- Submitted a research paper to the Regeneron STS national competition - Presented and submitted a poster board at a county wide competition called WESEF - I did two years of research on data given to me by Cancer Support Team - Learned dedication and perseverance through the annotation and writing process - Learned how to write research papers and make quality slideshow presentations - Allowed me to show my dynamic set of skills into use by creating and presenting slideshows, be inspired by other researchers not just in my class to push through the hard work to make a difference in the world, and finally be purposeful in my work in order to change not only my county with my research but potentially the world
