Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He graduated from Queens University (N. Ireland) with a BSc honours degree in Architecture and holds an MSc in Construction & Project Management (with distinction) from the University of Ulster (N. Ireland). He commenced his career with one of Britain’s leading project management and engineering consultants (WYG) and then relocated to Abu Dhabi with EC Harris International Ltd. in 2006-2016 and during this time was instrumental in delivering some of the most iconic developments in the region including: Al Ain football stadium and mixed use development, Rosewood hotel (Abu Dhabi), Landmark tower, Grand Millennium hotel, Al Wahda mall 1&2. Jonathan brings a tenacity to deliver effective project and construction management expertise to INSITE. He is driven by the satisfaction of delivering and handing over projects to exceptional quality levels. In his spare time Jonathan races touring cars in the International FIA 24Hrs series and heads up the race team ZRT motorsport in UAE. 14 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy and role of The Engineer under FIDIC. Primarily responsible for service delivery in EC Harris Abu Dhabi across a number of key projects totalling over AED 5.5 Billion including but not limited to: - Saadiyat Rotana Hotel - Al Ain Stadium Master Development (Phase 2) - Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium - Rosewood Hotel Abu Dhabi - First Gulf Bank HeadQuarters - Fujairah Grain Terminal (Fujairah) - Al Wahda Mall (Phase 2) (Abu Dhabi) - Grand Millennium Al Wahda (Abu Dhabi) - Al Wahda Mall (Phase 1) - Residential & Commercial Towers (Al Wahda) Prior to EC Harris: Project Manager for White Young Green Consulting in Northern Ireland and was responsible for the overall project management, programming and co-ordination of design consultants and contractors, monitoring on-site progress, cost control, managing all contract change orders and negotiating variation costs with consultants.
