I pride myself in the handling of negotiations, prepare and review contracts, and coordinate with other professionals such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure a smooth transaction. Staying informed about local real estate laws, market trends, and financing options to effectively guide clients. Maintaining strong communication and relationships is essential, as I rely heavily on referrals and repeat business. Throughout every transaction, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, all while providing excellent customer service and support from the initial consultation to the closing of the deal. From selling property ranging from 4.75 million to $7000, from condominiums to castles (yes I have sold a castle), single-family homes, condominiums, investment properties, mobile homes, “fixer-uppers”, land, I have been engaged in all facets of real estate transactions.
