Mechatronics engineer with experience in the automotive industry, I have worked in imporant projects related with NVH and received awards and patents by always doing my best and support the team as much as I can to deliver with great quality. I have been team leader of the NVH model build team, role in which I supported my team to deliver their programs. I wrote several macros to improve the quality and at the same time reduce the time it takes to do certain processes. I was involved in high importance projects that would affect the global NVH process at Ford Motor Company in which I had to test a new software, give feedback to the company that was programming the software and create and test new procedures to build full vehicle NVH models. My partners know me for being creative and always support others, someone in which they can trust to get the job done and to improve processes. I studied mechatronics at Tec de Monterrey with specialization in the autmotive industry (topics that I studied in RWTH Aachen and Esslingen University of Applied Sciences) I just finished my masters degree in Project Management with a double degree from GISMA Bussiness School and Arden University. Lead the engineers in the Full Vehicle CAE department Administrate the resources to deliver on time and with quality in the different projects for example, the development of a new software for NVH analysis and the full vehicle model build. Agree with different international functional teams and stakeholders the specifications and delivery plans of the projects Creation of new quality checks and best practices. Lead technical design reviews, deep dive on technical details and lead problem resolutions Create dashboards and keep track of the KPI's
Build and analyze full vehicle NVH models. Prepare the components in order to build subsystems and incorporate them in a full vehicle model Add boundary conditions to the model and Run the normal modes of the components (Nastran) Perform the quality checks and create reports Help attribute teams such as Vehicle Sensitivity to reduce undesired peaks in frequency, run sensitivity analyses in order to find the root cause
Implement new designs with Nx and Teamcenter and manage the components (CAD) Create a visual databank with all the components in the different variants used in the vehicle lines
