I have enjoyed almost 13 years of either managing, or being primarily technically responsible, for environmentally focused product development projects. I was actively relocated to Sweden by a prior company, due to my engineering understanding and skills in project management. I am a driven, ambitious and technically minded individual who thrives when managing and leading technical projects. I enjoy using my creativity and technical experience to create technical product solutions that best suit stakeholder requirements. Role for supportive action of electrical engineers, for the effective installation and fitment of Shore Power solutions to large scale international shipping, for shore and vessels
Key Dialog holder with large industrial and international customers of cross functional teams, undertaking the full process of solution development and manufacture in-house. Integration, production problem-solving, delivery and installation. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Handled Powercell cooperation with Hitachi to create the HyFlex™ stationary power unit (Link) and managed all contact and time restraints, to achieve completed pilot testing. Fulfilled the contracted cooperation requirements in revised time, handled international and on-site cooperation, all within scope of resource capacity and budget.
Management of projects to homologate automotive BMW diesel engines to marine outboard applications. Full process from business case and trialling to product launch, with leading of multi-functional internal and external groups. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Successfully delivered OXE-200 project (see link) with full process from initial Business Case to completed serial manufacture-ready product. Completed within budget and timeframe including all development, sea trials and betterment of prototype, supplier and stakeholder contact.
Lead Mechanical Engineer at Semcon, leading a team of 6 for OXE Marine. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Successfully led Semcon cross-functional team as PM, to complete OXE-300 project (see link) within requirements. • Helped the customer to launch the resultant product (linked video)
