Managed the Disposition Review Board which enabled disposition of material affected by non-standard processing with no customer exposure (~$1.2 bil in material saved). Developed and proliferated Mini-Environment Audit System that enabled modules to assess health of tool mini-environments and trouble-shoot particle events, resulting in a reduction in defect levels in areas closest to product.
