I'm a hospital pharmacist turned founder, building the future of hospital pharmacy from Puerto Rico. After years inside hospital pharmacy — most recently as Associate Director of Pharmacy at Manatí Medical Center — I kept seeing the same gaps: remote order verification that didn't meet clinical standards, IV workflow tools that simply didn't exist on the island, and pharmacy practice that deserved to be in the modern era. In 2024 I founded FC Health Hub to close those gaps. Today we provide: • Remote Order Verification (ROV) — Puerto Rico-based, licensed pharmacists reviewing every order, 365 days a year, integrated directly into hospital EHRs. • Clinical & Pharmacy Consulting — strategy and operations work for health systems modernizing their pharmacy services. • DoseGrid — our AI-powered IV workflow system, designed to bring end-to-end digital traceability and remote pharmacist verification to hospital IV rooms. FC Health Hub was selected for Parallel18 BioLeap Gen 3 and recently featured in El Nuevo Día as part of Puerto Rico's growing life sciences ecosystem. Outside the company, I've been a flutist with the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra since 2010 — an artist at heart who happens to build healthtech.
