𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: As part of the Integration Team, I was responsible for ensuring the correct communication and coordination between various modules of newly developed machines. My key duties included: Integrating and configuring internal communication between new machine modules. Updating and optimizing PLC and HMI programs for reliable inter-module interaction. Performing validation activities, including IQ (Installation Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification), to meet compliance and performance standards. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Currently, in the Installation Team, I focus on the deployment and setup of new automated machinery in production environments. My responsibilities include: Installing machines and production lines, including electrical wiring, control connections, and sensor integration. Performing commissioning procedures to verify machine performance and ensure smooth operation. Teaching and programming industrial robots to perform precise and reliable automation tasks during production.
