I am the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Dean of the Massey Business School (MBS). Previously I was the Director of Research for MBS, and the Founding Director of the Centre for Advanced Retail Studies (CARS), New Zealand's centre of excellence for retail research, education and scholarship.
