Led the cross-functional asset management team to coordinate FERC compliance, dam safety, grant applications, and major improvement projects across our fleet of 20+ hydro plants throughout the northeast.
Built out regulatory, FERC licensing, and dam safety team for Dichotomy's growing hydro fleet. This included supervising interconnection upgrades, facility refits, and emergency response planning.
Spearheaded the FERC licensing process for several hydro projects in Maine, New Hampshire, and Maryland. Developed grants and managed subsequent refit projects to make the hydro fleet more efficient and profitable.
