Created a Strategic Cost Management Function within Operations and delivered key objectives of creating best in class Cost Management and industry leading cost metrics and KPI’s. Responsibility for identification, delivery and tracking of initiatives for the COO including IT and Change. In 2022 designed and implemented a number of product enhancements which resulted in over 40% of payments being migrated. Further technologies are planned for 2024. Overall Savings will be c£25m across the 5 year plan - Project lead for new payment channel in order to reduce debit card payments and replace them with lower cost open banking channel
