Management of claims department (8 persons) ensuring key SLA and KPIs were met for daily, weekly and monthly targets. Fraud investigation for high risk, high value claims involving coordination and undertaking of interviews with clients, forensic investigation of evidence provided to assess cases fairly and accurately. Audit of team member’s output, reports and audio calls to ensure high standard of customer care and accuracy with cases.
