With over six years of experience in corporate strategy, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions, I am a Corporate Development Manager at PCCW Media, a leading media and entertainment company with presence in HK, SEA and MEA. I work with the senior management team to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives and corporate actions including M&As and IPOs that enhance the company's competitive position, profitability, and shareholder value. I also drive FP&A and annual budget planning. Previously, I was a Senior City Manager at Ritual.co, a food ordering and pick-up platform, where I helped to launch and manage the Hong Kong market, and an Associate at a private equity firm that invests in distressed and underperforming businesses in Greater China.
