Motivated and energetic, positive mindset, diplomatic, and always in for a challenge. During my ind. ing. education, I designed a novel (and manufactured) smart iris mechanism for use in solar reactor technology. This promising technology will be part of the future energy chain as it produces hydrogen which is recognized as the energy carrier of the future. The thesis won the Encon Energy prize in 2016. A second master thesis was written in 2019 regarding my study in civil engineering. I investigated the influence of wind turbines on flue gas plumes in an experimental way by making use of a wind tunnel. The outcome of this study implies changes in policy law, regarding the positioning of wind turbines when the intended site is close to industrial sites.
