My approach is grounded in real-world validation. Rather than relying on assumptions or slide-based strategy, I combine market insight, customer evidence and rapid prototyping to test ideas early, helping teams move from ambiguity to confident decisions and faster paths to business impact. - Accelerated leadership alignment on adaptive-reuse strategy by facilitating a multi-session workshop series with senior partners to surface risks (unknown structural conditions), mitigation levers and competitive positioning. - Scoped a new revenue stream by modelling the business case and operating approach for a catalog-product/industrial-design arm (target customers, liability model, org setup), giving the firm a clearer go/no-go basis. - Made sustainability actionable at project level by co-creating a practical toolkit (process checkpoints & decision aids) to drive more consistent application.
- E-commerce & CX: Data-led sales, inventory, and multi-channel customer experience optimisation across 2 platforms, leading to a combined 13% YoY growth - Digital marketing: ~5× within ~18 months by designing a lifecycle newsletter strategy (journey touchpoints, campaign calendar, merch rules) and executing weekly sends tied to stock & margin priorities. Also included Paid Strategy. - Brand development: Brand strategy and develpoment market segmentation, alignmening marketing strategy with product development and campaign development to drive relevance and business impact. - Portfolio management: Contributed to conceptual development of a new, low-markdown revenue lane by co-creating a “timeless classics” sub-line and launch plan, shifting part of the range away from seasonal discounting. - Insights & Analytics: Cut decision time for trading & design by building a semi-automated Excel reporting hub that combined B2C and wholesale performance (sell-through, margin, inventory), enabling faster promo and assortment calls
