My background is Master of Commerce (Siviløkonom) paired with my interest for business development and entrepreneurship in general. Most of my work experience is related to building consulting teams to help organizations improve their performance management and data insight to make informed decisions. I have been working as a Consultant, Manager, Partner, Founder and Leader within Consulting for more than 25 years. Since 2021 I have had the privilege to help various startups on their journey and co-founded one as well. I have, and have had, several Board member roles.
