As a physician with clinical experience, I am passionate about improving patient care and empowering medical professionals with tools that reflect their dedication, expertise, and the realities of clinical practice. As prospective CEO and Co-Founder of NGScopes, I am working to turn this vision into reality by developing lightweight, through-the-scope robotic instruments for gastrointestinal endoscopy. Our goal is to make advanced endoscopic procedures faster, safer, and easier for clinicians to adopt, while helping hospitals expand access to high-quality care. Before joining NGScopes, I worked as a Clinician-Scientist and gastroenterology resident, conducting award-winning research in endoscopy and eating disorders.
As a Clinician Scientist and Gastroenterology Resident, I integrate clinical practice with scientific research, specializing in gastrointestinal endoscopy. My work focuses on advancing research in this field while gaining hands-on experience in patient care, bridging the gap between clinical application and scientific research.
I developed and taught a curriculum in medical physics, preparing first-year medical students for the end-of-semester exam.
While still in High school I started working at Mobile Parts Discount, repairing electronic devices and managing the online web shop, including inventory, customer orders, and inquiries.
Under the supervision of Dr. Sahib Khalsa, I conducted research at the Laureate Institute for Brain Research, focusing on the analysis of resting-state neuroimaging data in individuals with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. My work resulted in a a first-authored publication that was successfully published in 2023.
