With over nine years of experience in the renewable energy sector, I have led and contributed to various projects and initiatives that enabled the integration of distributed energy resources into the power grid. As the Head of Unit IT Systems and Services at Next Kraftwerke, I oversaw the development and operation of IT systems and services that supported the virtual power plant (VPP) and its applications. I also collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhanced the performance, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure. Introduction of ISO 27001 and §8a KRITIS certification were additional achievements. Prior to that, I managed several IT projects at Next Kraftwerke, ranging from user IT services to software development, and ensured the timely and quality delivery of the project outcomes. With a PhD about ICT for E-Mobility from RWTH Aachen University, and a Diploma in Information Engineering and Management from Universität Karlsruhe (KIT). I have skills in project planning, renewable energies, IT innovation management, and I am fluent in English, French, and German. I am passionate about AI and keen on applying my IT expertise and leadership skills to create a more sustainable and resilient IT solutions.
