- Leading and developing a team of 12 direct reports (process mangers, -coordinators and young talents). - Responsible for order-, transport- and stock-management. Increasing product availability and customer service levels while improving efficiency. - Forecasting and reporting along all processes to increase efficiency through predictability. - Steering 3PLs, including budget and planning responsibility for two B2C distribution centres as well as several long-haul and CEP carriers. - Close cooperation with online sales and marketing, IT, controlling, operations in distribution centres and other supply chain departments.
- Building and leading a team of five. Reporting to head of supply chain management. - Responsible for all transport and warehousing activities including the monitoring and steering of several service providers as well as all e-commerce customer service activities. - Developing the internal and external process landscape including continuous process improvement as well as strategic positioning of the organizational unit. - Participation in and leading various projects. Among others: Reorganisation of the warehouse network, development of a new company and brand (éla natural beauty by Pamela Reif) and introduction of a holding structure.
- Responsible for monitoring, controlling and further development of a process strand in Tchibo e-commerce logistics as process owner (systemic availability of goods in the online shop and processing of returns) - Conception, preparation and presentation of cross-divisional analyses, forecasts and simulations including decision proposals for top management. - Collaboration in the change process of the department culture. E.g.: Roll-out of self-learning tools and management of the cooperation with the industry association "die Wirtschaftsmacher". - Participation in and leading various projects: Optimization 2-man handling logistics, redesing of e-commerce order management and Setting up a new warehouse.
