Dr. Justine Itugot is a licensed professional teacher who gained more than a decade of classroom teaching and school administration experience in different private institutions before devoting his full attention to e-learning. He is the founder and CEO of CEREBRO®, an EdTech startup incubated at the University of Santo Tomas - TOMASInno Center, helping solve teachers' workload issues with ready-to-use digital lessons and curriculum-aligned test banks.
