Served as the Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) Coach within a Department of Defense-funded Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Leader Training Program (LTP) team. Served as an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) during exercises designed to validate the establishment of U.S. Army V Corps as a forward-deployed warfighting headquarters in Poznań, Poland, thereby strengthening NATO's eastern flank security and improving allied interoperability.
Served as the contractor’s single authorized interface for directing and supervising single source intelligence teams in the production of all-sourced fused intelligence products which support the Government’s Request For Support (RFS) process. Responsible for all matters pertaining to the collection, production, planning and dissemination of intelligence under this TO, and for coordinating and synchronizing intelligence production as part of TO performance.
Led and managed strategic planning, policy development, operational and administrative support of 18 National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Support Teams (NST) and eight Regional/Functional Offices, consisting of over 2800 Department of Defense (DoD) Civilians, Active and Reserve Component Joint Service members and contracted employees, providing integrated Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) support to Combatant Commands, National Intelligence Agency and Service Intelligence Centers. Promoted collaboration and analytical synchronization between the Analysis Directorate and the Services' GEOINT production elements in support of NGA's Program of Analysis and the NGA Director's Functional Management authorities. Advised and counseled the Analysis Directorates' senior leadership on Warfighter mission requirements, DoD and Joint Staff policy. Supervised the Directorate's execution of Joint Staff requirements. Led the Agency's NST Governance Working Group. Established management controls to ensure effective execution of NST mission and budget.
