Over the past twenty years, I have had the opportunity to work in a varied number of work environments. From electrician/ lighting specialist, facilitates maintenance, construction superintendent, HVAC technician, and master plumber, I have enjoyed professional success and growth, as well as proving myself to be an excellent leader and team member. Most recently I have integrated my skill set and knowledge base into an airport facilities maintenance setting and attained a broader understanding of the aviation industry.
Service of commercial and residential plumbing, boiler, chiller, solar, and HVAC service, backflow testing, Steris medical equipment installations, and completing Warranty work to customer satisfaction.
Hired to implement and run a Service plumbing program as well as to provide commercial and residential plumbing and electrical work and do lighting retrofit. Created and maintained service warranty program.
Perform preventative maintenance for six buildings, service plumbing, HVAC, and lab equipment. Coordinate with subcontractors.
